Overview
Skype for Business enables a rich communications experience with a diverse ecosystem of best of breed vendors. These vendors participate in the Skype for Business Certification Program to test their products and demonstrate enterprise grade communications solutions with Skype for Business. Skype for Business Clients are also in almost every conference room on Microsoft’s corporate campuses.
Pixel Perfect Design Integration
As a contract UI Developer, I was tasked to build out several areas of the software’s interface. Some of the challenges were replicating the famous Skype call animation by manipulating vector layers by code.
Video Solutions Ecosystem
The software is able to extend Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business meeting experience from the desktop to meeting rooms of any size. Microsoft has a number of partners that manufacture hardware with the software including Polycom and Logitech.
